Digital Product Purchases

1.1. No Refunds on Digital Products Due to the nature of digital products, which are immediately accessible upon purchase and cannot be returned or exchanged, we do not offer refunds on digital products once the purchase is completed.

1.2. Exceptions Refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you encounter significant technical issues with the product that our support team cannot resolve.

  • Defective Product: If the digital product you received is defective or not as described.

To request a refund under these exceptions, please contact our support team at info@meluip.com within 14 days of purchase. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

Order Cancellations

3.1. Before Download/Delivery If you wish to cancel an order before the digital product has been downloaded or delivered, you may request a cancellation by contacting our support team at info@meluip.com. If your request is approved, a full refund will be issued.

3.2. After Download/Delivery Once the digital product has been downloaded or delivered, cancellations are no longer applicable, and refunds will not be processed.
